Lipa City Colleges (LCC) Administration headlined by school President Dr. Joe Vincent J. Abiera , Vice President for Finance and Internal Affairs, Dr. Marjorie M. Abiera and Executive Director for Student Personnel Services , Ms. Sabina Gabrielle M. Abiera, alongside the members of the Management Committee of the institution, attended the inauguration of Mr. Patrick D. Mendoza as the 5th President of Southgate Institute of Malvar last November 9, 2024 at the Bravo Hotel, Tanauan City.

The ceremonial transition of power in LCC's sister school also signalled the celebration of its 74th Founding Anniversary from November 21-22, which is in consonance with LCC's 77th Founding Anniversary set on November 20-22.
