ANNUAL STRATEGIC PLANNING SY 2018-2019

With its aim of continuously improving the quality of its programs and services, Lipa City Colleges held its annual strategic planning for school year 2018-2019 with the theme "Implementation of Quality Improvement Through Innovative Actions" at Mojares Farm, Lodlod, Lipa City on April 10-11, 2018.
Dr. Joe Vincent Abiera, Vice President for Administration and Corporate Affairs gave his welcome remarks emphasizing the need of a team effort in facing the challenges of the upcoming SY 2018-2019. Dr. Marjorie Abiera, Vice President for Finance and Internal Affairs on her part mentioned that she was thankful for the support that they are receiving from the LCC community and she is looking for a more productive school year. Moreover, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Dina Catalina Dayon, gave her motivating message by encouraging everyone to be more prepared in facing the changes and challenges of the SY 2018-2019.
The second part of the opening day was the discussion of the objectives and overview of the two-day session of the Annual Strategic Planning. The first day of the session dealt more on the presentation of concerns and strategies of each department. Everyone was encouraged to be more interactive and participative in giving their suggestions and recommendations as inputs for improvement and modification of the plans
The second day of the Annual Strategic Planning focused on the continuation of the presentations of plans and strategies with group activity that tested how each administrator trust each other. The activity somewhat strengthened the confidence and trust in dealing with each other in facing challenging situations and circumstances.
Through the two- day session, the school administrators were able to assess and evaluate their plans as compared to the previous school year n the end result of which is to come up with innovative plans that will help in providing quality programs and services to the students and the whole LCC community. With these, the MANCOM members of Lipa City Colleges proved that collaboration , cooperation and oneness of purpose resulted to a practical, doable and well laden plans for LCC for SY 2018-2019.
