Now on its 6th Session, "Kwentuhan" continues to be a well appreciated and relevant program of HRD office for the LCC employees for they have found a vehicle to express their issues and concerns in relation to their roles in the institution .Oftentimes it is a free flowing , less formal type of conversation . This program is a monthly activity designed to engage the employees in a meaningful conversation with top administrators. It is through their sharing that the management were able to get feedback significant to the revision of some policies ,guidelines and practices within the department or in the institutional level. It also gives chance to the management to directly address the concerns and issues raised.
To ensure that everyone is given opportunity to be part of the session, employees are randomly selected for the whole school year . All units and departments have their respective representatives during "Kwentuhan" session and employees continue to enjoy each session.
