Lipa City Colleges' heart to help is as big as its promise to provide quality education. In times of needs, our institution has been extending our hands to our challenged kababayans who were devastated by calamities especially those recent ones - #QuintaPH, #RollyPH and #UlyssesPH. On December 3, our parent organization, Pag-IBIG Fund Employees' Labor Association (PAFELA) South Luzon, represented by Ms. Margarita B. Arnedo and her team fetched the donations composing of assorted canned goods, breads & biscuits, noodles, writing materials, coloring materials, coloring books, shoes and stuffed toys, hygiene kits / toiletries, bottled water, face masks, assorted goods, sack/s of rice, cup noodles, packs of coffee, pack/s of blankets, and medicines. The cash donations that were collected were utilized to purchase additional sleeping blankets.
These donations came from the generous hearts of our dear parents, every LCCian, alumni, and organizations recognized by the institution - the academic and non-academic departments and the Central Student Government which will be transported to the affected families in Guinobatan and Malinao, Albay.
