SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
- To inculcate to the mind of every student the value of teamwork as "no man is an island".
- To produce top performing dancers, singers, stage actors, athletes and players.
- To train performers, athletes and players using a systematic approach with standard equipment.
- To promote the school through an excellent performance of dancers, singers and stage actors, athletes and players.

THE SCREENING PROCESS
- The players and performers are selected based on
the following process:
- 1.1 Try outs and auditions
- 1.1.1. The coaches and choreographer set a day for try out and audition
- 1.1.2. After the try out and audition the coaches and choreographer deliberate the result together with Director for Culture & Sports and Student Activities & Involvements.
- 1.1.3. Athletes and performers who passed the screening are called to the Director's Office for an interview and briefing.
- 1.1.4. Pertinent papers are submitted to the Director's office such as parents' waiver, NSO birth certificate, personal profile, medical certificate, pictures and assessment to finally acknowledge the athlete and performers as official member of the varsity team and cultural group respectively.
- 1.2 Intramural
- 1.2.1. Students who has exemplary performance during intramural are invited to the Director's Office for the recommendation to the varsity team.
- 1.2.2. Upon the approval of the Director, the recommended student shall comply the same requirements as statement in 1.1.4.
- 1.3. School programs/activities
- 1.3.1. Students who performs very well during school program/activities are invited to the Director's Office for the recommendation to the cultural group.
- 1.3.2. Upon the approval of the Director, the recommended student shall comply the same requirements as statement in 1.1.4.

Athletes and Dancers shall:
- 1.1. have the ability to perform the required skills for the day.
- 1.2. be willing to accept corrections.
- 1.3. possess leadership skills within the team/group
- 1.4. be physically fit at all times
- 1.5. maintain focus during training and game proper.
- 1.6. have the ability to improve performance by developing patience and consistency during competition.
- 1.7. have the ability to use initiatives during training and game proper.
- 1.8. help teammates/group mates in carrying out the task for the day.
- 1.9. have the ability to control emotions
- 1.10. possess positive attitude towards winning the game
- ATTENDANCE-CONSCIOUS
Athletes and Dancers shall:
- 2.1. attend a 12 hr training per week and shall come 15 minutes before the training
- 2.2. leave the training/playing area after the announcement of the coach/choreographer
- 2.3. observe the buddy system at all times.
- 2.4. attend all the general performances and other related activities wherein his/her attendance is required or requested.
- 2.5. shall inform the coach/choreographer if he/she will not be available 3 days before the date of the activity/performance.
- 2.6. be aware that absences due to health reason are excused only upon submission of a valid medical certificate.
- 2.7. automatically be excused from training and rehearsals due to death of immediate family member.
- 2.8. observe the schedule of break time.
- 2.9. never entertain visitors during training and game proper.
- 2.10. be aware that 5 absences per semester for college and 10 absences for high school will automatically be dropped from the official list and be considered as inactive.
- WHOLESOME IN BEHAVIOR
Athletes and Dancers shall:
- 3.1. be courteous at all times
- 3.2. be respectful to teammates, trainer, director, school personnel and meet officials
- 3.3. behave appropriately in shower / dressing room.
- 3.4. be obedient to the trainer and director at all times.
- 3.5. wear prescribed dress code during training/rehearsal and class hours.
- 3.6. be a model of good attitude to other students inside and outside the school premises.
- 3.7. not commit major or minor offenses inside and outside school premises.
- 3.8. observe cleanliness at the training/playing area and dressing/shower room.
- 3.9. observe sportsmanship at all times
- 3.10. not utter offensive word/s during training / game proper
- KNOWLEDGEABLE AT ALL TIMES
Athletes and Dancers shall:
- 4.1. not have a failing grade in any subject.
- 4.2. report to class on time
- 4.3. submit projects and requirements on time.
- 4.4. participate actively in classroom discussion
- 4.5. maximize the use of vacant hours for studies.
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
A scholarship grant shall be given to the qualified athletes and performers. Term & conditions shall be discussed at the School's Marketing Communications & Scholarship Programs' Office.
